Description

Beach Pudding Cups are a no-bake, kid-friendly dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat! Made with creamy vanilla pudding, crushed cookies for “sand,” and cute beach-themed toppings, these are perfect for summer parties, pool days, or just a sweet beachy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 8 vanilla wafers or golden Oreos, crushed (for sand)

  • Blue food coloring (optional, for ocean effect)

  • 6-8 gummy fish or sharks

  • 6-8 mini drink umbrellas or paper straws (for decoration)

  • 6 small clear plastic cups

Instructions

  1. Make the pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  2. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.

  3. Add a few drops of blue food coloring (if using) and stir until the color is even and resembles ocean water.

  4. Spoon pudding evenly into small clear cups.

  5. Top with crushed cookies to create the “sand.”

  6. Decorate with gummy fish, mini umbrellas, or any beach-themed candies.

  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving, or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use clear plastic cups so the ocean and sand layers are visible.

  • You can also layer pudding and “sand” to create a layered beach scene.

  • Try chocolate pudding for a fun twist—it turns into a “muddy beach”!
