Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 small garlic clove, minced or grated

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1-2 teaspoons olive oil for a silkier texture
Instructions

Add mayonnaise, garlic, basil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed. Add olive oil if desired for a looser consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, lemon, or basil to your liking.

Transfer to a jar or airtight container. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
