- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the crispy chicken with the sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, then topping with shredded lettuce, carrots, sauced chicken, green onions, and sesame seeds if using.
