Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or lightly grease with nonstick spray.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
