- 1 lemon, sliced
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Foil Packets
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 inches each.
- Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet and arrange asparagus spears around it.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
Step 3: Assemble the Foil Packets
