Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

- Arrange the marinated wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
- Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
- You can air-fry the wings at 375°F for 20-25 minutes as an alternative method.
