Description

Crispy and flavorful Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings, marinated in a zesty lemon-garlic sauce and baked to golden perfection for a perfect appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
  4. Arrange the marinated wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
