Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (9.25 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional, to loosen filling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Add milk if needed for consistency.
  2. Carefully take two Doritos chips of similar size and gently sandwich about 1–2 teaspoons of the filling between them. Press lightly to hold together.
  3. Place stuffed Doritos on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or air fry for 5–6 minutes, until the filling is warm and the chips are slightly toasted.
