- 1 bag (9.25 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional, to loosen filling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Add milk if needed for consistency.
- Carefully take two Doritos chips of similar size and gently sandwich about 1–2 teaspoons of the filling between them. Press lightly to hold together.
- Place stuffed Doritos on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or air fry for 5–6 minutes, until the filling is warm and the chips are slightly toasted.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
