Description
Baby Yogurt Melts are a healthy and fun snack for infants and toddlers, made from real yogurt and fruit. These melt-in-your-mouth bites are great for teething babies and help encourage self-feeding.

- 1 cup full-fat plain or flavored yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/2 cup fruit puree (such as strawberry, blueberry, banana, or mango)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and fruit puree until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe small dots onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the melts are completely frozen.
- Transfer the frozen yogurt melts to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use full-fat yogurt for babies under 2 years for healthy fats and better texture.
- Choose fruits your baby has already tried to avoid allergic reactions.
- Make sure the melts are small and soft enough for your baby’s stage of development.
- Always supervise babies while eating to ensure safety.
