Description

Baby Yogurt Melts are a healthy and fun snack for infants and toddlers, made from real yogurt and fruit. These melt-in-your-mouth bites are great for teething babies and help encourage self-feeding.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat plain or flavored yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/2 cup fruit puree (such as strawberry, blueberry, banana, or mango)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and fruit puree until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe small dots onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the melts are completely frozen.
  6. Transfer the frozen yogurt melts to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for babies under 2 years for healthy fats and better texture.
  • Choose fruits your baby has already tried to avoid allergic reactions.
  • Make sure the melts are small and soft enough for your baby’s stage of development.
  • Always supervise babies while eating to ensure safety.
