- 250g beef strips (flank or sirloin)
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add bell pepper and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss to coat. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to caramelize.
- Add the cooked noodles and green onions. Toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
