Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) or jar (1216 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for creaminess and flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional, for extra depth of flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Serving Suggestions

  • With Crackers or Bread: Serve with toasted crostini, baguette slices, or pita chips.
  • As a Spread: Use leftovers as a sandwich spread or topping for grilled chicken!
  • With Veggies: Dip carrots, celery, or bell pepper slices for a low-carb option.

Notes

  • Make it extra cheesy! Add ½ cup Gruyère or sharp cheddar for deeper flavor.
  • Want spinach? Stir in ½ cup cooked, drained spinach for a spinach-artichoke twist.
  • Make it ahead! Assemble up to 2 days in advance and bake before serving.
  • Dairy-free? Use vegan cream cheese, mayo, and dairy-free cheese.
