Description

This Aloha Tropical Smoothie is a fruity, refreshing blend of pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk with a splash of orange juice. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with island flavor – the perfect sip for summer or when you’re dreaming of the beach!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton or canned, depending on preference)

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, fresh fruit slices

Instructions

  • Add pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, and Greek yogurt to a blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.

  • If a thicker smoothie is preferred, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

  • Pour into glasses and top with your favorite smoothie toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use a plant-based yogurt or omit yogurt altogether.

  • Freeze banana slices ahead of time for an extra creamy texture.

  • Great for smoothie bowls too – just reduce the liquid slightly and top with granola and fruit.
