- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare and Cook the Wings:
- Preheat the Oven (or Prepare the Fryer):
- For baked wings: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- For fried wings: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the Wings:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook the Wings:
- For Baked Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- For Fried Wings: Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- Sauté Garlic:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Cream and Cheese:
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add nutmeg if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the Wings:
- Combine Wings and Sauce:
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked wings with the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
Serve:
- Garnish and Enjoy:
- Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil baked wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- If the Alfredo sauce thickens too much, thin it out with a splash of milk or chicken broth.
- Serve with celery sticks or garlic bread for a complete meal.
