Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are juicy, flavorful, and healthier than traditional beef burgers. Cooked quickly in the air fryer, they make for an easy and satisfying meal with minimal cleanup.

- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overwork.
- Form into 4 equal patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Press a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place patties in the basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.

- Use parchment air fryer liners for easy cleanup.
- Add chopped spinach or grated zucchini for extra moisture and nutrition.
- For a low-carb option, serve in lettuce wraps.
