Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large flour tortilla (8–10 inches, whole wheat or regular)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese blend)
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional, for a garlicky kick)
- 5–6 pepperoni slices (or your favorite toppings: veggies, sausage, mushrooms, etc.)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
- Fresh basil or red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes. (If your air fryer doesn’t require preheating, you can skip this step.)
Step 2: Assemble the Tortilla Pizza
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface or inside the air fryer basket. (If your air fryer basket is small, you may need to trim the edges slightly.)
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add pepperoni slices or your favorite toppings.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
Step 3: Air Fry the Pizza
- Place the assembled pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Keep an eye on it after 5 minutes to prevent burning.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.
- Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then slice into 4-6 pieces.
- Garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, or extra Parmesan cheese.
