Air Fryer Salmon Bites are tender, bite-sized pieces of salmon with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful center. Coated in a simple seasoning, these salmon bites are ready in minutes and make a fantastic main dish, snack, or appetizer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Season the Salmon:
    • In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Cook the Salmon Bites:
    • Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
    • Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy on the outside and tender inside.
  • Serve:
    • Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the seasoning for a hint of heat.
  • These salmon bites pair well with a dipping sauce, like spicy mayo or garlic aioli.
  • Adjust the cooking time slightly for thicker or thinner salmon pieces.
