Description

These crispy, cheesy, and golden Air Fryer Million Dollar Ravioli Bites are an irresistible appetizer or snack. Breaded ravioli is air-fried to perfection, then served with marinara sauce for dipping. They’re quick, easy, and taste like a million bucks!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package (12 oz/340 g) refrigerated cheese ravioli (or your favorite filling)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (100 g) Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Nonstick cooking spray

For Serving:

  • Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Breading:

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Coat the Ravioli:

  1. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  2. Press the ravioli into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly. Set aside on a plate.

3. Air Fry the Ravioli:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  3. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve:

  1. Remove the ravioli from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Use frozen ravioli if needed; just thaw them completely before breading.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes.
