For the Chicken:

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Vegetables:
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Hibachi Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
For Serving (Optional):
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Yum Yum Sauce or Spicy Mayo (for dipping)
- Cooked rice or cauliflower rice (for a low-carb option)

Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Let sit for at least 5-10 minutes while prepping the vegetables.

- In another bowl, toss zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and carrots with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Cook the Chicken in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp reaches 165°F/75°C).

- Add the vegetables to the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender-crisp.

- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Toss the cooked chicken and vegetables in the sauce for extra flavor.
