- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove and serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley or green onions.
Notes
- For extra crispy shrimp, add a light sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
- Serve with steamed rice or salad for a complete meal.
