1 lb chicken tenders or boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon water

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions

Prep the coating stations:
Set up three shallow bowls:-
Bowl 1: Flour

Bowl 2: Whisked eggs + water

Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Coat the chicken:
Dredge each chicken strip in flour (shake off excess), dip in egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly to help it stick. -
Preheat the air fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. -
Air fry:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place tenders in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Spray the tops of the tenders lightly with oil.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard, ranch, or BBQ.
