Description

Air Fryer Chicken Bites are juicy, bite-sized pieces of chicken seasoned to perfection and crisped up in the air fryer for a healthier, high-protein snack or meal. Quick to make and endlessly versatile, they’re great on their own or tossed into salads and wraps.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  5. Serve immediately with dipping sauce or as a topping for bowls, salads, or wraps.
