Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken chunks and halved potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
