Description

Air Fryer Cajun Salmon is a quick and flavorful dish made with salmon fillets coated in bold Cajun seasoning, then cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a crispy outside and tender, juicy center.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, depending on seasoning salt content)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush each fillet with olive oil on all sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt if needed.
  5. Rub seasoning mix evenly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
  • Use homemade Cajun seasoning to control salt and spice level.
  • Pair with rice, roasted vegetables, or salad for a complete meal.
