Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a crispy, creamy dessert filled with a sweet blueberry and cream cheese mixture. These bite-sized treats are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries with a bit of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water (for sealing wrappers)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for air frying)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling and 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry filling in the center.
  3. Brush the edges with water, then fold into a triangle or desired shape, pressing the edges to seal tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Lightly spray wontons with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  6. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
