- 2 medium russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
- Sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon over each slice and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove and garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Use parchment liners for easy cleanup.
- Yukon gold potatoes can be substituted for russets.
- Top with jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
