- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne (if using).

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
