For the Apple Wedges:
- 4 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Caramel Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, cold
- 1/4 cup (60ml) caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Apple Wedges:
- Core and slice the apples into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the apple wedges with melted butter until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Add the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the apples, tossing until the wedges are evenly coated.

Air Fry the Apple Wedges:
- Arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the apples are tender and the coating is golden.

Make the Caramel Whipped Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
