These individual 7 Layer Dip Cups are a fun twist on the classic party dip! Packed with layers of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, olives, and green onions, they’re colorful, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining—no double-dipping here!
Ingredients

1 (16 oz) can refried beans

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 1/2 cups guacamole (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo (drained slightly)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup sliced black olives
-
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Tortilla chips, for serving

8-10 small clear plastic cups (8 oz size)
Instructions

Season the beans:
In a bowl, mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning until well combined. -
Layer the dip:
In each cup, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned beans into the bottom. Then layer the following (about 1–2 tablespoons per layer):-
Guacamole

Sour cream

Salsa

Shredded cheese

Black olives

Green onions

Chill and serve:
Cover cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips on the side or stick a few chips into each cup for a cute presentation.
Notes

Be sure to drain excess liquid from the salsa so the dip doesn’t get watery.

You can swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.

Want to make it spicier? Use hot salsa and pepper jack cheese!
