Description

This easy, comforting slow cooker meal features juicy chicken, savory stuffing, and a creamy sauce—all made with just 4 simple ingredients! It’s the perfect set-it-and-forget-it dinner for busy weeknights or cozy family meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)

Instructions

1. Layer the Chicken

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom in an even layer.

2. Add the Creamy Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  2. Pour over the chicken, coating evenly.

3. Top with Stuffing

  1. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  2. Lightly press down, but don’t mix.

4. Slow Cook & Serve

  1. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  2. Fluff stuffing with a fork before serving.
  3. Enjoy warm with steamed veggies or mashed potatoes!

Notes

  • Want extra flavor? Add ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tsp black pepper.
  • Use different soups: Try cream of mushroom or cream of celery for variety.
  • Make it cheesy: Stir in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
