- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Melt the Peanut Butter and Butter:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
Mix in the Powdered Sugar:
- Gradually add the powdered sugar to the melted mixture, stirring until fully combined and smooth. The mixture will become thick and dough-like.
Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Press the fudge mixture evenly into the pan using a spatula or your hands.
Chill and Set:
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Serve:
- Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
