Description

This 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge is creamy, rich, and so easy to make! Perfect for a quick dessert or holiday treat, it requires minimal effort and yields maximum flavor.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Melt the Peanut Butter and Butter:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Mix in the Powdered Sugar:

  1. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the melted mixture, stirring until fully combined and smooth. The mixture will become thick and dough-like.

Prepare the Pan:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Press the fudge mixture evenly into the pan using a spatula or your hands.

Chill and Set:

  1. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Serve:

  1. Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut it into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top before chilling for extra flair.
  • Variations: Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture or substitute almond or cashew butter for a different nutty flavor.
